Start a deletion request
When signed in, open your own profile, find Account & Privacy, and choose Request account deletion. Confirm with your current password. This files a verified request directly with staff; you do not need to send an email. If you cannot sign in, use the email route below.
Email chris@m2dev.io with the subject “MyMafia account deletion request.” Include the email address on the account and, if known, your game name. Do not send your password, a one-time code, government ID, payment-card details, private messages, or gameplay screenshots unless we specifically and safely request a limited item to resolve a dispute.
Verification and timing
To protect accounts from unauthorized deletion, we will verify ownership by replying to the account email or using another reasonable account-security check. We may ask for the game name or limited account details that only the owner should know; we will never ask for a password. After verification, requests are normally processed within 30 days. We will tell you if a legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or technical issue requires more time.
What deletion means
Once completed, the account can no longer be used. We remove or de-identify account identity and active access where feasible, and retire the associated player account from ordinary game use. This can include the email-linked account identity, profile access, active sessions, and player-facing account data. Deleted accounts cannot be restored.
We may retain the minimum necessary records for security, fraud and abuse prevention, chargebacks or other disputes, moderation, legal obligations, and audit integrity. Retained records are restricted and are not used to reactivate the account or make it visible to other players.
