How to get help
Account accessUse password reset first. If that does not work, email your game name and the email address associated with the account.
Technical supportTell us what you were trying to do, what happened instead, the device or browser, and the approximate date and time. A screenshot is optional; remove sensitive information first.
Safety reportsFor harassment, threats, suspected abuse, or a safety concern, email a short description and the relevant game name or public reference. Do not investigate or confront another player yourself.
Billing questionsFor purchase or billing help, include the storefront receipt or order reference and the account email—never card or bank details.
Privacy requestsFor access, correction, or privacy questions, email from the account email where possible. See the Privacy Notice and identity-verification information below.
Account deletionVisit Account Deletion for the secure, no-sign-in deletion request process.
What happens next
We review messages sent to the support address, may ask only for information needed to verify ownership or understand the issue, and will reply to the address used for the request. Support cannot view or disclose another player’s private account, messages, loadout, security information, or ticket history.
Signed-in players may also use the in-game Support desk for account-bound questions. That desk is private and is not exposed on this public page.
