Credits, purchases, and fair play
Credits are optional virtual account currency with no cash value. They may be earned through identified game rewards or purchased from M2DEV LLC through an official MyMafia checkout. Purchased Credits are account-bound and cannot be transferred to another player. Credits may unlock clearly labeled cosmetics or bounded account conveniences, but never directly purchase character statistics, combat power, favorable odds, Cash, Points, or progression. The package, USD price, seller, and final charge are shown before payment. Completed purchases are fulfilled to the purchasing account; refund, billing-error, and applicable consumer-right requests may be submitted through Support. M2DEV LLC may review and adjust associated unused purchased Credits after a refund, reversal, dispute, fraud finding, or duplicate fulfillment, while preserving necessary payment and audit records.
1. Eligibility and acceptance
By accessing or using MyMafia, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter this agreement, and permitted to use the service where you live. Public registration asks for your legal/display name, game name, email, and agreement to these Terms and the Privacy Policy; email verification is required before password setup. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
2. Fictional entertainment
MyMafia is a fictional strategy and role-playing game. Crimes, violence, businesses, money, weapons, pets, and organized crime are fictional game mechanics—not real-world instructions or encouragement. Virtual currency, credits, and items are licensed game features, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed outside an official MyMafia channel except where applicable law requires otherwise.
3. Limited license and intellectual property
MyMafia and its operator own the service, including its code, artwork, designs, characters, names, text, mechanics, trademarks, and related intellectual property. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and play the service. You may not copy, redistribute, commercially exploit, scrape, automate extraction from, reverse engineer, circumvent, create derivative works from, or claim ownership of game content, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
4. Accounts, security, and real-money trading
You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share, sell, buy, gift, transfer, or trade accounts, characters, currencies, credits, virtual items, or game services for real money or outside an official MyMafia channel. Do not impersonate others, evade restrictions, automate play without written permission, probe infrastructure, or attempt unauthorized access.
5. Privacy Policy
Your use of MyMafia is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how account, gameplay, message, report, and related service information is handled.
6. Fair play and prohibited conduct
You may not exploit bugs; duplicate assets; coordinate artificial trades, attacks, or accounts to farm rewards; manipulate rankings; harass, stalk, or target abuse at others; use hate speech or unlawful discrimination; make credible threats or encourage real-world violence; dox others; submit child sexual exploitation material or unlawful sexual content; commit fraud, phishing, malware distribution, cheating, service disruption, impersonation, or intellectual-property violations. Report suspected exploits promptly and do not repeat them.
7. Player content
You remain responsible for messages, biographies, family announcements, reports, and comments you submit. You grant MyMafia a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, distribute within the service, moderate, remove, and use content you intentionally make public to operate, improve, and promote MyMafia. This promotional permission does not apply to private Wire messages, Support submissions, private reports, credentials, or suppressed evidence.
8. Moderation, suspension, and termination
You may stop using MyMafia at any time and may submit account-handling requests through the existing privacy process. We may warn, mute, restrict, suspend, reset, or terminate accounts; remove content; reverse improper transactions; and preserve audit records when reasonably necessary for safety, integrity, testing, legal obligations, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or service closure.
9. Availability, disclaimers, and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyMafia is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. We may modify, pause, or discontinue any part of the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the greater of amounts you paid directly to MyMafia in the preceding 12 months or USD $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, or loss of access.
10. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyMafia, its operator, personnel, and service providers from third-party claims arising from your content, conduct, misuse of the service, or violation of these Terms. We may control the defense of such a claim, and you agree to provide reasonable cooperation. This does not apply to our own unlawful conduct where prohibited by law.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas and applicable United States law, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Except for eligible small-claims proceedings, disputes must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas, subject to applicable law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as MyMafia develops. Material changes may be identified by a revised date, in-service notice, or email where available. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, subject to applicable law.
13. General provisions and contact
If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A waiver must be express to be effective. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning the service, together with any additional terms expressly presented for an official feature. Headings are for convenience only and do not control interpretation. Non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected. Questions, safety concerns, privacy requests, or legal notices may be submitted through Support. Account deletion instructions are available at Account Deletion.
14. Mobile app billing
Where optional Credit purchases are offered inside a mobile app, the transaction is processed through the billing system presented by that app platform. The mobile app does not direct players to an external payment checkout. Availability and refund handling may vary by platform and applicable law.
